Position This position will be responsible for servicing our airport snow removal vehicles and heavy duty equipment, as well as providing training for operators at our customer's locations.
Responsibilities:
- Performing in-service and delivery of new equipment at the customer site
- Assisting in the training of new operators at customer sites
- Being dispatched to customer locations to conduct repairs on heavy equipment ranging from hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, or programming issues
- Performing inspections and conducting preventative maintenance services across all our product lines
- Conducting troubleshooting on various systems to determine the root cause of the issue
- Being able to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet time deadlines
- Must be able to work independently and in different environments
- Required to own basic hand tools for standard heavy equipment repair
- Willingness to travel up to 100% throughout the United States
