Residential Behavior Coach

Community-Residences is seeking a part-time Residential Instructor in Stratford, CT to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will create a nurturing environment, implement care plans, monitor health and behavior, and assist with daily living skills inside and outside the home. The role requires lifting up to 70–75 lbs, use of protective holds, and adherence to medication procedures after certification. Training and supervision are provided as part of a collaborative team.
