Apply for this role →Managing Direct Repair Network files, the fully remote Managed Repair Examiner will ensure high levels of customer service through effective communication and relationship-building with policyholders, clients, and contractors.
Key responsibilities:
Make inbound/outbound calls and respond to electronic information requests related to file management
Take ownership of file inquiries, resolving issues related to scheduling, inspections, and contractor work
Document file status and maintain clear communication regarding the progression of cases within the direct repair network
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior experience in the insurance, construction, or customer service industries is highly preferred
Ability to work overtime or flex schedules during high volume or CAT events
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required
Reliable high-speed home broadband internet connection is required for remote work
