Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Demonstrated competency with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred.
