Job Purpose:
Lead the development and execution of innovative technical strategies and solutions across Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model initiatives to effectively achieve or surpass targets in Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.
Key Accountabilities:
Effectively communicate upstream and downstream to all levels of the organization toassure common understanding and direction. 5%Review and analyze daily report(s) to identify safety and delivery gaps and developpotential countermeasures and /or root cause analysis opportunities striving for continuousimprovement. 20%Utilize data analysis and Plan-Do-Check-Act to lead, support, develop and justify solutions with relatedgroups/departments for your area of responsibility to solve complex problems. 10%Monitor and manage equipment and processes to ensure optimal manufacturingperformance and function while minimizing operating expense. 30%Develop capability of self, colleagues, and team through training, mentoring, and sharing ofexperiences in area of technical expertise and understanding. 10%Establish priorities and make decisions based on data analytics to most effectivelyaccomplish business objectives. 10%Manage project implementation, schedule, budget and resource allocations to ensuresuccessful completion and target achievement. 5%Test, evaluate, and implement new and innovative technologies to improve overallequipment and process efficiency. 5%Develop and manage investment and expense budgets to achieve overall cost targets. 5%Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering or engineering technology with relevantexperience (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical, etc.) with interest in Manufacturing.
Minimum Experience:
0-6 years’ experience based on education, preferred co-op experience in Manufacturing. Other Job-

Work in production environment requiring Personal Protective Equipment and lockout in manufacturing operations Manufacturing environment with the potential of working near hydraulic oils, die lube, molten aluminum, ferrousmaterials, aluminum materials and exposure to heat Hands-on investigation and troubleshooting within equipment to countermeasure issues and to determineimprovement activity Working with hand/power tools, automation equipment, quality gauging and instrumentation 40% office environment / 60% manufacturing lineside activity 5-10 hours overtime per week possible Possible weekend or off-shift support as necessary.
