Intermediate CNC Swiss Operator & Setup Operate and set up Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes while manufacturing precision components for demanding applications.
Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Operator & Setup Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll independently set up and operate Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes while producing precision components to demanding customer specifications. You'll work alongside engineering, quality, and production teams to maintain efficient manufacturing processes and deliver the high-quality workmanship OEP is known for.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $23.50$27.50 per hour, based on experience, with annual performance increases.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of CNC Swiss machining experience
  • Hands-on setup and operation experience with Tsugami CNC Swiss machines is required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and solve machining challenges
