Data Entry Specialist
Data Entry Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our client's team during a high-volume project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy
- Review documents and records for completeness and correct discrepancies when necessary
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
- Process and track confidential information while maintaining data integrity
- Generate reports and assist with data audits as needed
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure accurate record keeping
- Support administrative and clerical tasks during special projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
- Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
