Duties and Responsibilities: Detailed and accurate cash handling Maintain a balanced cash drawer and remain accountable for its care, custody, and control Accurately and efficiently process transactions and account maintenance, and respond to member inquiries and requests Cross-sell products and services to meet members’ financial needs Achieve monthly branch goals Demonstrate a high level of diplomacy and trust Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Exhibit professional telephone and email etiquette Maintain an excellent attendance record
