What you'll be doing: Shape short and long-term mine plans that turn production goals into safe, practical plans in the field Design and refine drill and blast patterns to improve operational performance Assess pit conditions, slope stability and geotechnical performance to support safe, informed decisions Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to solve challenges and turn engineering ideas into on-site improvements What you'll bring 2-4 years' experience in surface mining engineering and the ambition to take on greater responsibility Experience in mine planning, with exposure to drill and blast activitiesA degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or a related discipline Strong analytical skills and the confidence to contribute ideas and work closely with operations Who this suits You're ready to put your experience to work in a role with greater ownership, field exposure and room to grow.
