Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify an Email Marketing Specialist(contract). In this role, you will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of email marketing campaigns across multiple audiences and business initiatives. This role will partner with Marketing, Operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging email communications, improve campaign performance, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the campaign lifecycle. This role is onsite in Austin, Tx.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content setup, testing, scheduling, and deploymentCollaborate with marketing, creative, operations, and technology teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistencyCreate, update, and maintain email templates, landing pages, audience segments, and subscription preferencesMonitor campaign performance and assist with reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improvementSupport A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectivenessPerform quality assurance reviews on email content, links, landing pages, and tracking parameters prior to launchAssist with list management, audience hygiene, and deliverability best practicesMaintain campaign documentation, processes, and workflow proceduresStay informed on email marketing trends, platform enhancements, and industry best practicesIdentify opportunities to improve campaign execution, automation, and operational efficiencySupport special projects and additional marketing initiatives as needed
