Hybrid BCBA: Lead ABA Therapy & Family Collaboration

Compleat Kidz's Chapel Hill clinic is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time role blends in-clinic and remote work with strong in-clinic support and collaboration with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs. Applicants must hold an active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field, and NC licensure or eligibility. Excellent communication, case management, and documentation skills are essential for success.
