Strategy Execution Consultant - Experienced Hires

What You’ll Do: Work directly with leaders from large, global corporations to understand their strategies and businesses. Shape capabilities across the organization through designing and facilitating customized business simulations, digital learning, workshops, and offsites. Occasionally run multiple engagements, serving a variety of clients across industries while collaborating with internal teams. Design experiences by interviewing clients, conducting research and analysis, testing programs, and learning. Lead projects, manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and grow the careers of other BTSers as your experience expands. Operate in a hybrid work environment, with about 30‑50% travel leading client engagements.
