The successful candidate will be a senior technical leader, responsible for establishing security patterns, standards, and guardrails, and ensuring that AI capabilities are secure by design, scalable, and in line with regulatory expectations. This role involves making complex architecture decisions, leading AI-focused threat modeling, and partnering with various engineering and business leaders to align AI security priorities. The VP will also be tasked with mentoring and building organizational capability in AI security architecture practices. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in cybersecurity, particularly in security architecture and related areas. Extensive technical leadership experience, a deep understanding of AI and machine learning architectures, and a proven track record in leading security initiatives in large, regulated enterprises are essential. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to mentor and drive the adoption of security standards.
