Bilingual Litigation Associate - Chinese/English

Han Kun LLP in New York seeks a Litigation Associate to join our expanding New York office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and professional proficiency in Chinese, with a focus on cross-border disputes. You will assist with a broad range of litigation matters, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and memoranda, and help develop case strategy through discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Applicants must be admitted to the NY Bar.
