Tax Director – Renewable Energy Growth Leader

Capital Search Group is assisting a rapidly growing renewable energy company in Washington, DC to hire a Tax Director to build and lead its internal tax function. The role covers federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning, managing outside advisors, and ASC 740 tax provision and deferred tax. Responsibilities include renewable energy tax incentives, partnership and tax equity structures, and supporting new projects and investments.
