Apply for this role →To support the School of Music, the part-time Online Adjunct Voice Instructor will teach applied voice lessons to undergraduate and graduate students, provide detailed feedback, and maintain communication regarding academic progress and attendance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Teach applied voice lessons and mentor students in their musical, intellectual, and spiritual growth
Provide detailed feedback and maintain contact with students regarding academic achievement and behavior
Maintain and report grades and attendance in accordance with university policies
Required qualifications:
Doctoral Degree (DMA in Vocal Performance or DMA in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy)
Demonstrated strengths in teaching at the college level
Familiarity with online learning management systems and teaching applied lessons via Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Strong organizational skills for timely and accurate task completion
Effective verbal and written communication skills
