Tennis Assistant Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive tennis lessons and programs to ensure students are satisfied with their program and remain motivated to attain their fitness goals Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during tennis lessons on proper forms, techniques, and strategies to improve their overall tennis game Observes and assesses student's performance to detect and correct mistakes Assists with training and developing staff through quality orientations, direction, and feedback Assigns Tennis Pros to classes and lessons and assists with payroll Assists with ensuring each Tennis Pros achieve or exceed monthly revenue and lesson goals

Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED3 years of experience teaching tennis lessons United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) and/or Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) certifiedCPR and AED Certified within 30 days of hire Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
