Member Experience Concierge & Tours

Talentify seeks a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet members and potential members, assist with sign-ups, and conduct facility tours. The role includes answering phone inquiries and providing coverage in the Kid's Center, along with administrative duties such as data entry and member registration. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while engaging with the community and promoting our services.
