About the Role: The Company is seeking a VP, Lifecycle Marketing and Member Engagement to lead the strategy for engaging members from their first interaction to long-term retention. This leadership role is pivotal in defining the engagement strategy, segmentation approach, and building the measurement infrastructure to demonstrate the value of CRM to the business.
