Finance Operations Leader — Manufacturing

Van Drunen Farms, a leading manufacturing partner of fruit, vegetables, herbs, and grains, seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Operations to partner with manufacturing and executive leadership. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, reporting, and compliance to improve profitability and efficiency across locations. You will lead a team of controllers and analysts, develop KPIs, and drive cost reduction initiatives while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.
