Division Counsel - Land Use & Development

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Division Counsel to oversee and coordinate all division legal matters, with an emphasis on land acquisition. The role involves advising on land use, entitlements, and development, as well as reviewing contracts and coordinating with title companies and municipalities. The attorney will supervise or assist in litigation, review homeowner association documents, and provide guidance on employment and safety topics within the division. Travel overnight as needed.
