About the Opportunity: Kriss Law Atlantic Closing & Escrow is a growing multi-state law firm seeking an experienced Connecticut Real Estate Attorney to join our team. This attorney will support residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Connecticut and serve as a trusted legal resource for clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and internal teams. Ideal candidate has strong experience with real estate transactions, title review, closings, and Connecticut real estate law. This is an opportunity for an experienced attorney who enjoys working independently while having the support of an established legal and operations team. Key Responsibilities Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Connecticut Conduct and review title examinations and title commitments Prepare and review title opinions and related closing documents Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions Advise clients regarding title issues, curative matters, and Connecticut Real Estate requirements Review and prepare deed, settlement statements, closing documents, and other transaction related documents Coordinate closings with clients, lenders, real estate agents, title professionals, and internal teams Identify and resolve title and transaction issues efficiently Provide knowledgeable and responsive legal guidance throughout the closing process Maintain accurate and timely transaction documentation Manage multiple transactions while meeting deadlines and client expectations Serve as Connecticut counsel for real estate and conveyancing matters as needed Qualifications Active Connecticut Bar license in good standing required Must currently reside in Connecticut Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law, conveyancing, or a related practice area Strong knowledge of Connecticut real estate law, title standards, recording requirements, and closing practices Experience in handling residential and/or commercial real estate transactions Strong understanding of title examination and title clearance Excellent written and verbal communication Strong time management skills Comfortable working in fast paced, technology driven environment Work Location Remote within Connecticut What We Offer Competitive earning opportunity up to $125,000 annually Bonus opportunities Flexible work environment Remote work Support from experienced legal and operations team Work with a growing multi-state real estate law firm Meaningful responsibility and autonomy in manager Connecticut real estate matters Schedule Flexible schedule based on transaction volume, client needs, and closing requirements.
