Cyber Security Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Archer Operations Support Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support, administration, and maintenance of the RSA Archer GRC platform in a production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform monitoring, user access management, incident resolution, release support, data quality assurance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, GRC domain knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, IT teams, and external vendors.
