Pay Range: $1

Shift: 2nd shift temp role (2:30 PM–11 PM); first two weeks on day shift for training (6 AM–2:30 PM)What's the Job? Assemble products according to customer needs by following blueprints and other written and verbal a clear plan for assembly procedures using the specifications provided and knowledge gained through experience. Perform skilled assembly tasks that require more training and experience than entry-level bench assembly roles. Follow established work instructions to support consistent, accurate production output. Maintain focus and reliability during shift work to help keep production moving. What's Needed? Ability to read and follow blueprints, written instructions, and verbal directions. Willingness to learn assembly procedures and apply feedback to improve performance. Comfort working in a skilled assembly environment with increasing responsibility over time. Strong attention to detail to ensure builds match and readiness to work the assigned shift schedule, including training on first shift for the first two weeks. What's in it for me?
