Apply for this role →We are seeking an Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role will be responsible for AP, AR, payroll, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Process bi-weekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now and support payroll compliance Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities Assist with financial reporting, audits, cash forecasting, and compliance reporting Monitor collections, process employee expenses, and maintain vendor/customer records Support SOX controls, internal audits, and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with Finance, HR, and operational teams on accounting projects and reporting needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-9 years of accounting experience, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and/or month-end close Experience with payroll systems; ADP Workforce Now preferredERP experience required; SAP Business One preferred Strong Excel skills and understanding of accounting principles Experience supporting audits and financial documentation preferredSOX compliance or public company experience is a plus Why Join Us?
