Commercial Litigation Associate

Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking aCommercial Litigation Associate in Tysons Corner, VAwith over 3 years of experience to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated commercial disputes while working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a broad range of business litigation matters, including breach of contract claims, business torts, fiduciary duty disputes, partnership and shareholder conflicts, construction-related litigation, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, real estate disputes, and other complex commercial matters. Candidates should have strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, along with experience handling matters from inception through resolution. Responsibilities will include conducting and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, appearing at hearings, and supporting trial preparation. Experience practicing in both state and federal courts is highly preferred.
