Executive Director, Premier Senior Living Leader

Ivy Park at Los Gatos, a premier senior living community in Los Gatos, California, is seeking an Executive Director RCFE. This leadership role reports to Oakmont Management Group and focuses on efficient operations, staff management, occupancy, and resident satisfaction. The Executive Director will hire and supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and professionally represent the property to residents and the Corporation.
