Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to improve business performance and operational efficiency. Develop data- and AI-driven initiatives to enhance service operations and customer experience. Drive the adoption of AI and automation across analytics, reporting, and planning processes to improve efficiency and decision-making. Own executive-level reporting and planning models, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Present analytical findings, strategic recommendations, and business impact to senior leadership. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen operational effectiveness. Maintain high standards of work quality, data accuracy, and ethical practices. Key Requirements and Technology Experience:6+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, business analysis, or operational planning. Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with the ability to translate raw performance data into actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to develop polished, executive-level presentations. Demonstrated experience in process improvement, process documentation, and workflow execution. Experience managing relationships with external partners or vendors supporting critical business operations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams. A proactive, action-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency in resolving business and customer-impacting issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot to automate workflows and improve analytical processes is strongly preferred.
