What You'll Do: Bag groceries quickly and carefully to ensure customer satisfaction Assist customers with carry-outs and loading purchases when needed Retrieve shopping carts and maintain organized cart areas Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and front-end areas Stock and restock front-end supplies and grocery bags Support cashiers and front-end operations during busy periods Provide friendly customer service and assist with customer questions Follow company safety procedures and store policies Support sales promotions and customer service initiatives Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment

What We're Looking For: Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to help customers and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic problem-solving and multitasking abilities Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused work ethic Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures Previous grocery, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
