Branch Banking Associate Sales & Service

The Citi Universal Banker in New York is an entry-level role supporting sales, products and service activities in coordination with the customer service team to foster customer loyalty. You will assist with basic account openings, handle routine financial transactions, resolve service issues, and refer opportunities to segment partners while complying with policy, risk and regulatory requirements. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of retail banking experience are required.
