Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000, depending on experience]
Company Description: Kee Group Marketing is a digital marketing agency built for behavioral health. We work with addiction treatment centers, mental health programs, and specialty healthcare providers across the country, and we handle the full stack for them: SEO and AI visibility, content, web design and development, Google Ads, listings, and tracking. Our clients trust us because we know the industry — Legit Script, 42 CFR Part 2, YMYL content standards, and what it takes to get someone from a Google search to an admissions call. We are a small, remote, senior team, and every person here owns real work for real clients.
Job Description: We are looking for a Web Designer & Content Producer to join Kee Group Marketing. This is a builder's role. You will design and build the pages our clients' businesses run on, write and publish the content that gets them found, and own the on-page SEO that ties it together. You will also be in front of clients: presenting page designs, walking through content plans, and taking feedback directly. Account owners run the client relationship and the strategy; you own the quality and the throughput of everything that goes live. You will work closely with our founder, account owners, developer, and ads/tracking lead, and you will use AI-assisted workflows daily. The job is knowing what good looks like and shipping it.
Primary Responsibilities: Web design and page builds: Design and build service, program, location, and landing pages in Word Press (Divi and Elementor) that look custom, load fast, convert, and hold up on mobile. Support full site rebuilds and redesigns from wireframe to launch. SEO content production: Write, edit, and publish service pages, location pages, and blogs that are accurate, compliant, and E-E-A-T-grade for behavioral health. Work from each client's keyword strategy and the agency's SEO/AEO standards. Take AI-drafted content and edit it to a publishable, human standard. On-page SEO and internal linking: Own titles, meta, headings, schema, Rank Math configuration, internal linking architecture, and content refreshes across your client sites. Implement recommendations from audits and rank tracking. AI visibility (AEO): Structure content so it gets cited by AI answer engines — FAQs, entity clarity, schema, and page structure — following the agency playbook. Client-facing delivery: Present page designs and content work on client calls, gather feedback directly, and turn revisions around quickly. Understand each client's goals well enough to talk about leads, conversions, and cost per acquisition in context, and support account owners on monthly reporting. Cross-team execution: Coordinate with development on hosting, performance, and tracking (WP Engine, Gravity Forms, Call Tracking Metrics), with ads/tracking on landing pages and conversion setup, and with account owners on priorities and deadlines. Compliance and quality: Everything you publish meets Legit Script and Google healthcare ad policies, respects patient privacy in forms and content, and follows the client's brand guidelines. In this industry, "close enough" is not a standard. Workflow and visibility: Manage your queue in Monday.com, hit the monthly baseline deliverables for each client you support, and keep status visible without being asked. Light creative: Produce social graphics, one-pagers, digital collateral, and simple brand assets as needed.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years designing and building Word Press pages and sites in Divi and/or Elementor, with a portfolio of live pages you built yourself. Strong writing and editing skills with samples of published SEO content. You can make complex, sensitive topics clear and humane. Working knowledge of on-page SEO: Rank Math (or Yoast), schema markup, internal linking, Google Search Console, and Semrush. Comfortable presenting your work to clients, taking direct feedback, and defending a design decision without getting defensive. Marketing fluency: you understand what a lead, a conversion, and a cost per acquisition are, and how a page you build affects them. Enough HTML and CSS to fix what the page builder can't, plus image optimization and page speed basics. Organized enough to manage a queue across 10+ concurrent clients in a project management tool.
Preferred Skills & Experience: Behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare marketing experience. Familiarity with Legit Script certification and healthcare advertising policies. Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in a real content workflow, and a clear view of where they help and where they don't. Figma, Canva, or Adobe for mockups and graphics; GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Call Tracking Metrics. Personal Traits Builder's bias: You ship. You don't stall in the mockup phase. Taste: You care whether it looks good, not just whether it works. Composed with clients: Calm and clear on a call with a client who has strong opinions. Compliance-aware: You understand this is healthcare marketing and treat accuracy as non-negotiable. Direct: You flag problems early, ask instead of guessing, and keep your own work moving without being chased.
