RN Case Manager

RN Case Manager Health Services is seeking an RN Case Manager to coordinate and monitor student care across campus, community, and private healthcare services. Reporting to the Director of Health Services, this position supports students in navigating referrals, insurance resources, mental and physical healthcare services, and follow-up care. The RN Case Manager also provides professional nursing services in an outpatient student health setting and collaborates with healthcare providers, campus departments, and community agencies to promote continuity of care and student success.
