Job Description:
The Production Worker supports assembly line operations by operating automated machinery, handling materials, inspecting product quality, and assisting with production line activities. This role follows rotating 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with rotating days, and offers an advancement path to Machine Operator.
Responsibilities:
Operate automated machinery in an assembly line production environment.
Handle and move materials throughout the production process.
Perform quality inspections to support product standards.
Provide production line support to maintain efficient operations.
Follow workplace safety requirements and established procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in production operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with machine operation and material handling.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time-management skills.
