Bilingual General Laborer Greencastle, PA Immediately Temporary/Contract Volt is immediately hiring for Day Shift and Night Shift Bilingual Spanish General Laborers (12 hour shifts) in Greencastle, PA. Pay $20-$21 an hour! Weekly Pay Temp To Hire Great Company Culture As a Bilingual General Laborer you will: Remove finished stone products from molds Clean and prepare molds for production Remove excess material from molds Apply color, tint, and finishing touches to stone products Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Package finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPEAssist in other production areas as needed This is a full-time opportunity.(4) Tues - Saturday 5:00AM to 5:30PM (Occasional Sun & Mon overtime) (1) Mon - Fri 5:00PM to 4:00AM (Occasional Sat overtime)Training: 8-hours training shifts for the first two weeks The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, highly preferred. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Manufacturing, construction, farming, landscaping, roofing, concrete, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
