VP, Fine Art Marketing & Growth

Pacon in Appleton, WI is seeking a Senior VP of Marketing to lead all Fine Art marketing initiatives, brands, distribution channels, and marketing activities. This role reports to the CEO and develops strategic marketing plans aligned with corporate goals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include formulating growth strategies for North America, partnering with Sales to maximize market share and profitability, managing budgets, pricing, and new product development,
