Private Equity Associate

Key Responsibilities: Support all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis Conduct deep industry and company research across key verticals within financial services Assist in structuring and executing transactions, from initial evaluation through post‑close portfolio management Work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company leadership on strategic initiatives and value creation efforts
