NP/PA: Direct Patient Care & Care Coordination Leader

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care and manage complex medical conditions in ambulatory and/or inpatient settings. The role collaborates with faculty, fellows, residents, and nursing staff to coordinate care and educate patients and families. The position requires advanced degree, proper licensure, BLS, and prescriptive authority. 0-1 years’ experience; familiarity with health IT systems is expected.
