Complex Litigation Attorney Requirements:
- 0-5+ years civil litigation experience preferred
- Experience in business litigation, professional liability, premises liability, general liability or personal injury, employment law, real estate, construction, real estate or related fields.
- Experience in motions, discovery, trial preparation or direct trial experience
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skillsStrong research and writing skillsStrong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
- Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
- Licensed in CA in good standing
