Hybrid NYC: Senior Manager, Data Science & ML

Squarespace is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science and Machine Learning in New York, NY. The role leads a team of 12 data scientists and ML engineers, shaping predictive modeling, causal inference, and AI evaluation across product and business priorities. The position is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the NYC office. You will report to the VP of Data and drive data-driven decisions that impact acquisition, retention, and growth across Squarespace's global products.
