Full Time - Middletown We are a family run business and have been in operation in Middletown for over 40 years. As part of an international franchise, we specifically specialize in cleaning and restoring textiles, electronics, artwork and more after fire/smoke, water, or mold damage has occurred, typically after an insurance claim. We inspect, clean, and restore these items for homeowners and businesses during these catastrophic times to help get them back to their normal lives. We are also a busy full service dry cleaning and laundry company with retail locations in Middletown and Newburgh that specialize in cleaning and preserving wedding gowns and other special occasion wear. Our customers are the heart of our business, and we take great pride in the work we do. As an office assistant, you will be part of a small team with the goal of meeting our customers' needs and business needs. You will be tasked with clerical work, email and phone communications with clients and insurance companies, internal communications, and detailed record keeping and filing. Working with insurance companies requires special computer application training which will be provided to you. A knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, but not required. Some QuickBooks work will be needed so additional training with also be provided. A typically workday is 8 hours, which includes a 30 min lunch break. Our office is in our retail location in Newburgh. The store is close to the major highways for an easy commute.
