Director of Finance & Accounting — Hybrid, Generous PTO

Elios Healthcare in New Hampshire is seeking a Director of Finance and Accounting to lead a small accounting and grants team, report to the Executive Director, and manage month-end close, audits, and GAAP compliance. You'll influence board-level financial discussions, oversee federal grant reporting, and shape fiscal policies while collaborating on HR, contracts, and risk management. Strong nonprofit experience is preferred.
