Oracle Cloud Security Lead

Location: Washington DC - Hybrid (4 days onsite) and in-person interview with client

Duration: Long Term

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Oracle Cloud (Fusion/ERP/HCM/SCM/EPM/EDM) security. Oversee role-based access control (RBAC), data security, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks. Manage Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), including Advanced Access Controls (AAC) and Advanced Financial Controls (AFC).Provide integration support as needed. Develop and enforce security policies, controls, and compliance standards across Oracle Cloud applications. Design and maintain OCI security architecture (IAM, encryption, monitoring, logging).Conduct security assessments, risk analysis, and remediation planning. Troubleshoot functional or business process issues related to WMATA applications and systems. Troubleshoot issues related to roles, privileges, integrations, and access controls At least 8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and assessing Oracle Cloud security and segregation of duties controls. A minimum of 5 years working experience in Oracle Cloud Security related to role design across various domains. A proven track record of managing Oracle Cloud product implementations and configurations over 5 years.
