Global Director of Finance — Impact-Driven Leader

Splash is seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Finance to lead financial strategy for our Seattle headquarters. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, guiding budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audits. You will partner with the leadership team, drive pricing discipline, implement Acumatica, and build global finance capacity across offices in Addis Ababa and Kolkata. This role supports Splash's mission to deliver clean water and works across international sites.
