The ideal candidate would have experience with full process ownership, LOI through close, at a PE-backed, acquisition-driven company. They are also open to IB professionals with meaningful buy-side/process execution experience who understands QoE and wants to move to principal-side. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants autonomy and take full ownership, having true influence over the big picture. Highlights: Build financial models, valuations, and investment materials for acquisition opportunities. Support live M&A transactions from target evaluation through diligence, LOIs, and closing.
