What You'll Do:
  • Learn high-end retail sales and customer experience
  • Master product knowledge in hot tubs, water care, and wellness
  • Support daily showroom operations
  • Manage inventory and merchandising standards
  • Lead by example on the sales floor
  • Develop leadership skills alongside senior management
  • Career PathYear 1:Develop sales and operational expertise
  • Begin leadership responsibilities
  • Earn performance-based bonuses
  • Year 2:Take ownership of store performance metrics
  • Lead team training and execution
  • Step into Store Manager role
  • This is a career-track position, not a static retail role.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently lift and move 50–75 lb merchandise
  • Assist with moving showroom displays and equipment
  • Active, on-your-feet work environment
