Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Driving: Using company truck to deliver materials needed to apartment units and carrying out/disposing of old materials
- Loading and Unloading: Receiving incoming shipments, verifying, and storing materials
- Inventory Control: Keeping track of inventory
- Site Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized area
- QualificationsValid Drivers License
- Be able to lift heavy materials
