Member Relationship Specialist

Affinity FCU in Cedar Knolls, NJ is seeking a Relationship Specialist to open new accounts, enroll new members, and process applications. You will resolve complex member issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction, delivering financial guidance with a consultative approach. Banking experience is preferred but not required; CRM experience, Salesforce, is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success and community engagement.
