Attorney - General Liability

Salary range: $110,000-$150,000+, contingent on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Matching 401(k) Paid time off Mentorship opportunities Collaborative and welcoming work environment Work-life balance 3-7+ years of NY general liability litigation experience NJ general liability litigation experience is preferred Experience in both NY and NJ commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident, and products liability is preferred Trial experience is preferred JD degree from an ABA-approved law school Active license in good standing in NY, with admission to the NJ Bar preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software is preferred Self-motivated independent thinking with excellent time management, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills in a high-volume, fast paced team environment Evaluate new files and communicate regularly with clients Handle discovery production and prepare and argue discovery Research and prepare legal memoranda on various areas of law Draft substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals Attend pretrial listings Handle motions and trial Maintain 2,100-2,200+ billable hours annually and work toward a quarterly revenue generated goal
