IP Counsel: Anti-Counterfeiting Strategy for the Americas

Hermès International Legal Department in New York seeks a VIE Intellectual Property Counsel for the Americas. You will drive the Anti-Counterfeiting strategy across the region, coordinating with customs authorities, police and IP attachés to protect the brand. You will monitor online marketplaces and manage litigation files with local law firms to defend the group’s intellectual property rights. You will support local teams on cross-border IP projects, prepare activity reports, and track
