Senior Systems Engineer, MedTech Product Development

BD is a global medical technology company focused on advancing health. We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide systems leadership across the product life cycle, translating voice of customer into requirements and developing hardware/software design specs. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply DFSS, ensure verification and validation, and support continuous improvement. On-site collaboration is our standard, with four days in the office per week in San Diego.
